Our vision
Safe and interoperable rolling stock is available for the national and cross-border european railway traffic at the most competitive conditions, supporting a continuous growth of the rail market share in European Union.

To promote interoperable and safe European rail rolling stock (passenger trains and cargo/passenger locomotives ) by addressing technical, operational, economic, legal and scientific issues and matters relating, directly or indirectly, to locomotives, passenger trains, (multiple-units and coaches) operated in the European Union and Switzerland.
What we do :
- Maintain technical cooperation between our members
- Advise and assist institutions or other European organizations in the interest of our members
- Promote the growth of rail transport
- Improve the competitive position of rail transport
